Anxiety over social media is real. Studies have shown that using social media excessively and using social media to validate ourselves can result in an increase in anxiety and depression.

Whether you are on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or another platform (or all!) it’s important to maintain perspective and utilize the tips in this video to help take back your peace.

Social media can be an amazing tool to help us stay connected, but if it disconnects us from ourselves, the cost-benefit ratio is reversed.
