Self Hypnosis Instructions: 1. Find a quiet place where you wont be disturbed for about 20-30 minutes.
2. Have in mind your affirmation, ie. I am worthy, I am less stressed out every day, I am at peace. Make sure it is believable and achievable. Baby step if you have to.
3. Bring to mind prior to starting an image of yourself when you have achieved your statement. What do you look like? What are you doing?
4. Listen to the below hypnosis track (you can listen here, or download the file and add to your phone).
5. Use the self hypnosis that you are taught in the track to bring yourself to a state of hypnosis and repeat your affirmations. Preferably daily for 21 days.
6. If you are baby stepping, create the next step affirmation and continue repeating the process (21 days of self hypnosis) until you achieve your end goal.
