“We’ll be Friends Forever, won’t we, Pooh?” asked Piglet.
“Even longer”, Pooh answered.

I had a great week. Mini adventures with my family combined with time spent with great friends from so many different stages of my life. It was awesome. Today I woke up reflecting on how thankful I am to be surrounded by such deep loving friendships on a daily basis.

I realized that much of my peace is a result of being loved. Not by one partner, but by so many beautiful people.

Friends, good friends, are so unbelievably important for nurturing your soul. Friends that lift you up when you’re down, support you when you want to jump higher than before, and create a space where you know you are loved, unconditionally. Friends like that allow you to soar. They make you a better person just by being around them.

Friends, lifelong soulful friends, can be made at any stage of your life. There are no limits on the number of people that can love you. Spend time doing what you love to do and see who arrives into your world.

Who do you have surrounding you? How can you make spending time with those that bring you peace more of a priority? What can you do to create more loving friendships in your life?
